Declan, who is a member of the R.I.A.I. has over 30 years experience in the architectural business. He is a “hands on “ architect and a very strong communicator.

Declan worked with Keane, Murphy Duff, Architects, for a number of years before starting his own company and was involved in many high profile projects which included the George’s Quay Development, Dublin 2,  IBM Campus in Mulhuddart and Xerox Campus in Dundalk

Declan with the aid of his staff has developed a company committed to a superior standard of design and construction with an emphasis on sustainability.   Each project is individually designed specific to the client’s needs and budget with the greatest attention to detail.  This was recognized when the company won the 2009 Zurich LAMA Award for Best Private Housing Development which was given in recognition of the firm’s work on “an exemplary project which encourages excellence and the pursuit of higher standards”
